The SAFE Act is now part of the yet to be approved 4th stimulus package. When that happens, banking should open up, as should NASDAQ. I see us, and others, uplisting, once either the SAFE Act passes, or the FDA approves. I am not sure they are mutually exclusive.
But I really don't know anything, just thoughts.

Charlottes web is not up listed either, FDA is why not the company.
