The SAFE Act is now part of the yet to be approved 4th stimulus package.

Saw that, hope it stays in, and I would think it would help with the nasdaq at a minimum.

Safe banking and Nasdaq

In an op Ed last year congressman Matt gaetz insinuated that the safe banking act would open up the major exchanges to CBD companies. I'm not sure he's 100% correct but it's a big step in the right direction.
