That’s not true, oil production started, oil needs to be tested again and quarantined as per the PR and State of CA.

Once out of quarantine it can be sold.

Now, if there are no revs after that you my friend are 100% right and to court you should go.

He cannot give it away as he cannot actually sell it himself. All transactions must be licensed entities in CA.
