patrick, the director is full of shit. in one sentence he claims to be an sec reporting company and in the next he claims he is going to file a form 10 to become an sec reporting company. the rest of what he says is just meaningless gobbledygook. underwrite for what? this scam is already a public company. there will be no underwriting of any kind.
