I AM GIVING UP TOTAL CONTROL TO MY SOOOOON TO BE MERGER TARGET.

Do you realize how valuable ACCR is to be a SEC CURRENT REPORTING COMPANY. Problem always has been that CRIMINAL PAST FORM 15....from 2007,

which unfortunately because effective 90 days after it was filed in April of 2007 ----> 13 years ago.

ACCR never qualified for the filing....look at the FORM 15....it says 492 SHAREHOLDERS on the date of filing, which is TRUE!

I even spoke to the SEC yesterday. What is everyone's problem? I have a email, from a PCAOB auditor real, and registered via:

IF!!!!, and that is a BIG IF...I sign with the PCAOB dude, then everyone knows what that means....it means I BYPASS OTC MARKETS.
