Meow You can make those judgements in the US market because you have far more data to work with .
The EU is more speculation ....different countries provide different coverage . Take the case of Lovaza ( Omacor in Spain ) ...something I'm sure you are familiar with .
As I'm sure you are aware ...Spain provided generous coverage for Omacor ..based on the GISSI trial's I believe ...but in recent years withdrew generous coverage and sales of Omacor ...well why tell you .
I'm sure you know already .
