The charges were not all dismissed against him. Just the fines.


So he is basically moving his dog and pony show into another dirty shell.
How many years did it take him to blame the other company for the downfall? Years? And his solution was to not do filings and get it suspended and revoked? What’s wrong with that picture? He abandoned shareholders hyped into that stock with the same song and dance he might use here???

I doubt PepsiCo will drop the ball the way others did that screwed up Hovis's Biotech plans. The impressive thing is that he kept the R&D going, funded, and UPenMed stuck with him through it all.

He is not a quitter. Same goes for the rest of the major shareholders of the Firm that has now R/M with MILV turning it into a full blow biotech
