I've been following the forum for quite some time. I've been a small-time shareholder of Virtra since the Gamecon days of the 90s. Back then I admired Bob's engineering acumen and innovative mind. Unfortunately Bob's ego surpassed those qualities and his goal to be listed on the Nasdaq seemed to be the only thing that mattered to him. I have long since given up on the notion that Virtra will become a "homerun", although I did believe that at one time. Bob's utter disregard for the shareholders and continuous abysmal corporate performances and disingenuous communications with shareholders has led me to agree with Fishunter and many other posters that it is time for a change. I only have 2700 shares, so for me, there is little to lose and I am basically even right now after 20+ years. So if this proposal becomes a reality I will happily put my paltry shares toward the effort.
