I sold everything again yesterday. This market is a hyped up joke. I just put 2 of my rentals on the market too. I forclosed houses in the last downturn. Can't wait to reinvest everything in a few years. I will still dabble in a few stocks but cash is where I want to be and cheap housing is where mine is going to end up.
I bought gold & silver, and some zapped stocks for flips.
No position here ATM, but I am going to start a liong position and a trader relatively soon it seems, but I didn't expect such an opportunity again as this so soon. =)
