Well let's what if. I see an S-1 filling coming. But what if it is an 1-A instead.

An 1-A would be for raising 20 to 50 Mil dollars in an offering like an IPO. How would a CE shell raise that kind of cash right out of the starting gate if CCA, LLC was not delivering a Biotech Asset package that is already going to be worth 100 Mil dollars?

The float, 290 Mil shares is valued at 1.45 Mil dollars at the open this morning.

Sounds to me like its time to rally it to .10 share, or 29 Mil dollars???
