BTC will continue to rise and we need to see what kind of size comes in with the pending mergers.. could be alot of machines and obviously low electricity costs.. we will know soon enough

That is not necessarily true. What makes 10K a magic number? Bigger players with higher cost power will suffer more than INTV or any other smaller miner with relatively cheap power, all else equal.
