What makes 10K a magic number?

YUP, pretty much true.

10K and above is considered big, no magic there just the facts.
Does that mean 9K is small....not really.
China is doing it real cheap right now, but reports are that will change.
Bigger players aren't mostly paying higher electric rates....they know better than that.
