probably end of month for retail to sell the ones converted but buying and selling the D shares should be today/tomorrow, ETrade usually makes u call in the first day of a change to make sure they have done it right, years ago was in one that r/s and some how got put in as a f/s everyone sold of course and T/A and brokers had to buy back in open market like .0001 to .02 run if I recall
