so, let's see if we can follow the directors thinking here. he doesn't have to file, but he does anyway? and even though 10k's are required to be audited, accr doesn't have to because they are not required to file because it is not a registered company. patrick, i think the director, even with his drug problem, can see the problem with that word salad.

The OTCM states:

"Reporting Status

Dark: Alternative Reporting Standard"

Why is ACCR listed as "No Current Information" - the Stop Sign?

Why did you file an Unaudited 10-K that reeks of a scam.

"UNAUDITED - REVIEWED by HR & Block"

That is pretty funny!

So saying ACCR is a SEC reporting company is false and misleading information.
