ACCR must file audited financials, and I know WE must be from a PCAOB firm, and we have discussed this NON-COMPLIANCE of our 10K's. I am truthful 100%.
THE SEC IS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF SMALL BUSINESS - I DON'T HURT INVESTORs. We do not issue any stock in the marketplace.
I told the SEC, that I plan to file a FORM 10 in the future, and to give me some more time to find the PCAOB REQUIREMENT.
Maybe LUCKY...if I can close on this deal....ACCR will be respected again.
