Everyone knows Passalaqua is an empty shell HIJACKER of garbage tickers just like MILV.
He installs puppet CEOs into these scams and then heads for the hills on to the next scam.
All of his HIJACKED tickers like MILV turn out badly. MILV WILL NOT BE ANY DIFFERENT.
