Marzan, you might get your wish within weeks...otherwise they are milking this and they will take time their time answering EMA questions which will extend European approval til Q1. They will wait to make a decision on company until after appeal if a deal is not announced within weeks. This will be suicide for the company to risk everything again on an appeal being overturned. $15 billion dollar deal now would be a steal for BP. Get it done JT. This roller coaster ride needs to end.
