Litigation uncertainty can be addressed by cvr. And even if litigation continues a multi year tiered revenue based cvr aligns US interests with all parties involved

JT is not a gambler so anyone who thinks he’s going for broke w appeal think again

While I’m critical of him I do acknowledge he is very risk averse and shrewd w #s. Gambling is not likely. Appeal do or die not likely so eliminate the variables and the course ahead becomes clear
