alms...The cropping of the table in Kura...still sticks in my craw...this was the cropping of a table that was used by judge Du in her decision...the knowledge of this error was not made immediately made known to the plaintiff and its attorneys...that is so even if the judge was made aware of the cropping during the trial or post trial...it was unethical not to tell the plaintiff of this "mistake" as soon as it was known...in medicine, mistakes like this are grounds for malpractice suits and losing your hospital affiliation...if not losing your license...this is all beside the fact that there was no significant evidence of an increase of APO in he EPA arm.
