Yes that is true about the Orthodox, but they are a very small percentage. I am a Conservative Jew. I have an uncle who is a Reconstructionist Rabbi. But I have to disagree with you... I do not know one actual Jewish person who does not want Israel to exist. That said, many of us do understand the human right violations being committed by Israel and wish there was different leadership. I am a tad bit sympathetic to Palestinians, but not much... they did not exist as a people until after Israel was created. Should they have their own land? Yes... but it needs to be from land that is not part of Israel.
