long term it may be, companies often give back gains, dilute their stock or end up failing ... I'm looking at Bitcoin more like gold right now, as a hedge and store of value against the inflationary pressure of "printing" all these dollars to bail everyone out ... bit coin companies more for trading and making bucks short term, for me, as I"m mostly a trader not an investor ... jmho
