Bro,

For the same reason why EMH does not work with erhc which I have provided many links showing how EMH would not work.

Furthermore, the Total contract was redacted with regard to the consideration in the deal. Even Kosmos was struggling to get that info as the 400+ page document indicates... and I don't think they ever got an unredacted version.

So if Kosmos doesn't have that info, how can Mr. Market know that? EMH does not work!
