If no one knows the terms of the possible deal, then how can anyone know it is worth $.10/share? Or $.03/share? Or even $.0005/share?

(Which by the way I totally doubt. I believe many, many people know those redacted terms and also know the likelihood of the deal getting done and how much it is worth. And still no one buying above 1/10 of a penny).
