Wrong. The 1st page of the 10-q lists number of shares outstanding as of May 7,2020 which is the exact same amount as listed in the Feb 10-q as of Feb 6,2020. No shares were sold to market between Feb 6 and May 7. Why is this so difficult to comprehend?
