The only way shareholders and lenders, other than EXIM, make money is if BIEL becomes solvent.

Absolutely correct, the only one that makes money on a class action lawsuit is the lead plaintiff and the lawyers (who make big $). All others get the leftovers and are used by the attorneys for their personal reward ($).

What we stockholders get if a lawsuit comes about, is a BK investment, as news of such, IMO will plunge the stock price to .0001.

So all should think twice, if that is their desire.
