I believe it’s called a T-trade which just means the MM is just cleaning up for their trades throughout the day.

The key thing to look at is the chart, see below. You can see highest volume in last 3 years mainly almost all were slaps on the Ask too, which caused the accumulation line to shoot up. You can also see how on the Daily chart today that the MACD crossed over, which is bullish going into tomorrow along with that nice green candlestick today.
