I understand if the MARINE like trial fails in China but assuming the trial in China succeeds of what relevance is the US MARINE patent ruling to China...is there precedent to believe that they will follow suit?

what does US Marine patent have to do with China?

Directly: nothing.

However what do you think - what is the chance - that Chinese (and other country's / territory's) patents for MARINE (&R-IT) will be invalidated also if US MARINE will remain invlaid?
