Correct, it doesn't mean anything AS FAR AS A PENNY STOCK BIOTECH GETTING A DEAL SIGNED AND RELEASING A PR is concerned.

Or maybe every penny stock biotech that is releasing PR's and getting things done is run by SUPER-HUMAN MANAGEMENT. I hadn't considered that.

In case you haven't noticed, there's a lot of new money flooding into the stock market. It's propping up the market and some of it is going into penny stock biotechs. NONE of it is going into BIEL though. Guess why?
