easypickens - I'm sure you understand business so you know that the buyer NEVER pays the commission the seller does. Sulja is simply an independent contractor given up to 100 million tons to broker. When a deal is brokered, the seller pays Sulja a commission. This is better for the seller as they do not have to employ an in-house sales force with all of the huge expenses that come along with that. But you probably already know all of this
