Good Question.. I believe the time has lapsed..$PHIL owes shareholders on record but I don't think Henry remembers all his promises{lies}.. This is on record filed with the S.E.C so without an official amendment filed with the s.e.c Henry is in alot of trouble is not delivered.. Expect some type of filing so he tries to cover his ass .... Henry is playing with fire.. I would not be surprised to see him abandon the company and return to Vietnam and hide .. Never to be seen again..all jmho but I hope I am wrong.. again who knows .. I can't find any official document ..
