My guess is that they will be based on a $1,000.00 Face Value paying about ten percent annual interest and when COOP hits $20.00 per share then the option to exchange into common would be triggered at investor's option.
This would be similar to the old preferred, so this would give the investor 50 COOP shares for each single preferred and the old preferred gave the investor 43 common shares, I believe.
