Apparently not familiar with the rules on Gifting shares there is a limit and the shares would need to be deducted from the overall holdings of the person who is Gifting them.

Since there have been zero entries in the trade log on section 3 of the reports the entire Gift idea is false.

Now the loans which are clearly documented make the most sense.

Just remember it doesn’t matter who dumps shares or how many or for what reason the thing you have to look at is where those shares were picked up and if they were you have to ask yourself why . 22 million shares were picked up today at .002 or higher if they were worthless why would they all be picked up at .002 or higher and how are they going to get rid of those shares for a profit if Dwyer and the stock is no good . Who would buy those shares ? Could it be smart people ? Or people In the know ? And that doesn’t even count the number of shares that were picked up the last month in the channel from .002 to .0025 there’s about 300 million shares that need to be sold at a higher price . I expect this post to be delete it soon .
