i see your point with JM but bringing up legal language for the IR group seems illogical to me considering:

1) Pink sheet company with $0 money typically pays their fees in stock
2) LWLG is already shackling the stock price with LPC so why wouldn't they with MZ

We all are investing in a Pink Sheet company with ZERO revenue and basically ZERO cash, correct?? Good luck with your voting. Hope it works out for you
