IMO - the only reason the ticker is still alive is because Maddox claimed he was also defrauded. This time will be different, he is too involved and it will go dark when the fraud is disclosed.
IMO the SEC is already watching this one, just waiting until Maddox is so deep in quick sand that he has no escape.
