Just having Goulding involved in the shell should be a huge flag for the SEC. Maddox has evaded the law but that might be the nail in the coffin on this scam. If I am correct Georgie Trevor is also out of the pokey and you know he cannot resist so I am sure that will raise eyebrows. Part of his sentence was to never be involved in stocks again.
