Perhaps, historically there has never been enough volume for this to be a good trading ticker, this has always been quite illiquid.....but maybe in the future that will change....at least I hope so....lol.

PR and 8K out, I was thinking maybe $50M fully developed and it's actually $120M.....nice. Now they just need the get the money,and get started, Norbert has already figured out how to build these types of properties in the most cost efficient, and energy efficient, way.
