Interesting, pretty ingenious product, I much prefer the way these look compared to just having normal solar panels on the roof. These guys should look into a partnership with OTC:NEOV, their solar energy storage system would seem to work well with what FWAV is doing, and it might get some more eyes on the company in the process.

We plan to sign a non-binding Letter of Intent with GEOS Neighborhood, LLC (“GEOS”) to build energy efficient homes/townhomes on approximately 8 acres of undeveloped land in Arvada, Colorado.

The basic terms of the Letter of Intent are described below:

We will purchase the property from GEOS for $4,500,000. The purchase price will be used to pay debt secured by the property. We will also pay GEOS $30,000 for each lot on which we plan to construct a home or townhome. Payment of $30,000 will be due at commencement of construction.

The property is approved for 90 homes/townhomes. We will pay for the infrastructure necessary for the project, including utilities, grading, roads, gutters, street lighting and city fees for the 90 sites at a cost not to exceed $5 million. This work may be phased if agreed to by us and GEOS. We and GEOS will agree to the final design and marketing plan for the 90 homes/townhomes.

I listened to all 38 minutes of that interview with Norbert Klebl, very interesting stuff, from what I can tell this "Fourth Wave Energy System' they will be patenting, is based on a lot of his experience in pretty much perfecting the building of net-zero energy homes.....and he definitely knows his stuff, it's crazy how efficient they are.

I think there is lot of potential here, but their talk of uplisting seems quite premature given that its trading at a measly .15 cents...lol. I mean I like the high aspirations, don't get me wrong, but lets get back over $1.00 first...got to crawl before you can walk....lol.

Hopefully things pick up after the name change. It's no secret PIRE has not traded very well in it's short trading history....I'd be definitely loading more if it had.....but..... would not take much to 'right the ship' if they can manage to bring in some buyers IMO....especially given that it's fallen on such low volume.

Only time will tell, but I like the team they have put together, and I like business direction now, more than the CBD biz.

In their last Q they listed 500M preferred, so what is showing in Nevada might be a new class of preferred shares. I think.

Not sure, I would guess that's its new Preferred Shares, the Fourth Wave Energy acquisition was only 6M commons, that does not seem like a big enough piece of the pie, maybe they are getting convertible preferred stock as well....??
