Thank you Umibe san! In essence the management is getting us to believe that something would happen in the next six months, maybe and maybe not, only time will tell! I am not as concerned or frustrated about the warrant extension for LP, since I’ve never had warrants, and have never participated in financings. Don’t know LP or DI we’ll enough perhaps. I’ve pretty much bought all my shares in the open market.

I beg to differ with you slightly in that I don’t think things would drag on for three years with L atleast, perhaps and possibly with direct though. Like I said only time will tell, and there’s no way for us to know.

I think most folks suspected that LP's deal was hers alone, but nice to see first hand confirmation.

Any idea why JJ “acquired” while LP received this deal?

Any idea what LP did with the cash sale of her other investment?

Thanks for your honest opinion and I also have been complaining about her deals and her financing. She has no consideration for her investor but to suck the dime out of their pockets. I also have bought most of my shares on a open market. Will never do any dealings with this company.
