the products have one unique downside. They don't give any sensation that lets the consumer know something is happening. The Tens Unit has varying degrees of stimulation that the consumer feels and can adjust to the extent they desire to relieve pain. Unless thoroughly educated on the specific results and healing aspects, the products will not succeed on their own. The use of wraps and braces compliment the product through compression, an actual sensation of instant relief. The Company has known this problem, in the Animal Kingdom they devised a coat for dogs to keep the unit secure. A few years ago they introduced the elastic waist belt, a good start, which at the time I suggested they use a black rather than white belt. Being in the Fitness World as a personal Trainer back then, I saw the huge opportunity in the Gym's with a majority of people wearing belts and braces on injured parts of the body, almost like badges of honor. A simple color change would have been a great experiment, so I forwarded it to the Company. I even posted it on this board and was met with resistance, people started saying "that'll cost money" lmao a change in color would cost money, forget the ROI on that simple change. We never had to go OEM, we just had to wake the muck up. Focusing on one product ala Tommie Copper, and we'd be on all the Store shelves, and a biggy in Dick's Sporting Goods, plus behind the counters of all the Major Gyms. I offered my help and they didn't want it. Which was good for me, screw them. JMHO GLTA
