Exactly means what I said, there is collaboration between SEC and FINRA, and right now it is helpful with Glendale and FINRA working out the situation since FINRA knows the basis of the suspension (very weak). FINRA knows there was a widespread suspension w/o much investigation. FINRA knows the difference between pump and dump and knows that SOLI/Careclix not in the category so FINRA not concerned about uplisting and can justify itself to SEC.
