An oversight by 3 accountants one or maybe two were CPA's. All they had to do was register the shares as they well knew, but they took a risk that almost sent the Company into oblivion, for what, to save a few bucks? We are always looking to save a few bucks, we don;t advertise, we don't market, we went pink sheets, and we cancel deals all over a few bucks. Those few bucks in savings may have cost shareholders 100's of thousands of dollars. We still have no money according to the CEO in her public statement as to why we went OEM. Bean counters should not be CEO's. Just my humble opinion. This would not even get mentioned if people didn't try to rewrite what happened by placing blame on others.
