Hi Guys,

The more you read into that report yesterday, the more it proves that there is a major issue with the SDC and NGW team. Whoever appeared and then disappeared a while back on the board and said there was a rift in the SDC camp and some of the members had been told to leave has merit. I did some digging into SDC and its clear that two of their members is no longer connected to Ryan Lange - look at their instagrams and also the SDC accounts. Ryan is completely on his own.

Its really disappointing to me as if this worked, we would be in a much better position. But when you have cowboys thinking they are corporate - this is what happens. Ryan needs to go and paint his walls with pennies instead of his floors - I agree Strat, get his money to a quality CEO.

Has anybody ever looked more uncomfortable and out of place than Ryan Lange in a suit in that last video?

I've always proclaimed on this board that the company has way too many brands and that it is way too focused on backward wearing baseball capped, tattooed neck skater misfits and malcontents. The company should focus and market the finest cannabis, without regard to any demographic at all. Kind of a "If you build it they will come" scenario.

If consumers are drawn to and ultimately select the product because of it's quality and potency and not because some social influencer who has sold their name but has NOTHING to do with the product being produced, then WTF would one continue to market under those brands only to pay royalties unnecessarily?

We all have to recognize that this industry hasn't yet come of age and as an industry, it is trying to figure out what works, what doesn't and what the best business model is. Focusing exclusively on a demographic which is the seedy underbelly of society but which historically is in the poorer and less affluent segment of that society is not the best way to market "Premium Cannabis".

Agree. On the heels of the vaping crisis there is no way I would buy a vape cart with a skeleton on the package, or even a creepy moon guy smoking a blunt.

SDC catered to a niche market that just doesn't translate to the average cannabis consumer. It's more of a Zumiez type brand to sell t-shirts to teenagers at the mall. Definitely not the target market for a cannabis company.

Don't know what Leigh Hughes was thinking when he made that deal, but Mike should understand it's time for a change of direction. imho gl
