That is some very scary stuff. My question (which has no answer
right now) is how pervasive is this inflammatory damage...does it
exist in a range? In some patients does it cause a low grade
smoldering inflammation? How long does it last? Does it go away
on its own (in mild cases) or does it continue? Of course, the
doctors mainly talk about the most severe cases...strokes, blood
clots, etc. Are there more mild cases? If so, who is looking at
those? I would think that our military would be in the best
position to understand this issue thoroughly. What are your
thoughts on this?
