No doubt they are diluting.

L2 tells the story - massive conversations by debt holders is my guess.

It can still reverse and see new highs, but right now it is clear that MMs have instructions to dump into every uptick.

I noticed early on that with this stock, every uptick if gain was like pulling teeth - like riding a bicycle into a 60 MPH headwind.

Gary said that when ALL OF THE DILUTION is done (to cover past financing deals) it would total no more than 600 million on the O/S. He was pretty doggone clear on that....

So your narrative of "several hundred million shares" rings a little hollow, just saying......
