So, he was very clear..... and it’s very clear that it’s diluting. Yes, the debt has been “settled”. And by “settled” he means it’s been settled into shares. They will continue to sell

When did he say this AD?

The last 10-Q states that as of April 2020 there are over 900M shares between float and warrants. I know the 10q is 'old' information, but again.. this piece of it was up to date through April.
