That's all true - as is discussed, unless there are further charges or statements made by either BVTK or the SEC. The FACT is that this is a coin up in the air - and it is possible it may never come down, as it were. There is also a potential that it may land properly.
Perhaps SOMEONE will forgive me for seeing all the potential options for my 2.0% of the published float.
