What is fact?

BVTK was suspended by the SEC and is now trading on the grey market.

There will be no definitive statement from the SEC unless they bring legal action against Cellucci. Otherwise we will not hear anything more from the SEC.

BVTK has one course of action to challenge the suspension at this point and remove its continued affect to the stock and that is for the company to file a Petition to Terminate the Suspension under Rule 550.

But they haven’t done that...and likely won’t.

Otherwise they will have to wait awhile and then try to get the SEC to issue a “no further action” letter and use that to get a market maker to sponsor a 211.

But that would likely take at least year....and much likely much longer...ASSUMING they keep current with SEC filings along the way.

Problem is he has no source of money anymore. Penny financiers will close off the spigot...that can’t move stock in a grey market ticker.
