Hi Rose ...the Marine sales are a sideline ...largely irrelevant IMHO. This is all about ...or almost all about ...Vascepa being used for lowering risk of MI and Stokes ...not reducing risk of pancreatitis .

Thero sounded like the man with the weight of the world on his shoulders .........my guess is 50% chance of winning the appeal . He has to decide on the EU before knowing the appeals verdict .

There are so many combinations here .
Partner in the EU and then win appeal .
Partner in the EU and lose appeal
GIA in the EU and win the appeal .......the best from a BO perspective
GIA alone in the EU and then lose the appeal ....still a BO but far smaller
