Share Structure (from the last 10-q, and holladay's 13d)
Auth: 150,000,000
OS: 26,658,159 (this includes the Holladay shares/warrants, which he may not even have exercised yet.)
Float: 4,853,159 (os - insiders)
I haven't found DCUT's Transfer agent yet, it's not listed on the OTCBB.com website, where I can usually find that info. So these numbers reflect the last filing dates and may or may not be current to todays numbers.
