I'm not well versed in court timelines, but I would imagine our case, having such enormous implications for the future of drug innovations, particularly "at home", would qualify for a speedier expeditious review than historical norms. JT highlighted the significant advantages Amarin has with the new legal team. The firm is loaded with former Clerks of these Judges. Singer has a ton of experience also working with the same Judges. Does the high prevalence of contacts with the court provide potential prioritizatin of our case? Whether the answer is yes or no, I wouldn't have expected JT to sound-off on that potential.
